Catena di hotel che richiama poco il territorio
L’accoglienza del personale è calorosa e la hall molto spaziosa, anche un bello spazio esterno per rilassarsi. All’interno invece la struttura è un po’ datata, c’è moquette ovunque e anche macchiata, il livello di ristorazione è basso e poco in linea con i prodotti del territorio, tendono ad avere una proposta culinaria più internazionale che locale con una preparazione di piatti di un hotel 3 stelle, non di 4. La camera family è molto spaziosa ma L’arredamento è datato con armadi che cigolano molto. La vista sulla valle è molto bella. La parte wellness ha diverse saune e una piscina interrata priva di luce naturale.

Great stay overall
Had a great stay overall - improvements that could have made the stay even better would be to add air conditioning in the bedrooms and to update the shower.

Happy repeating customer
Been there, came again, again and again. Lovely for families. Very much appreciate the offers and especially the relaxed atmosphere of the staff towards (sometimes fast and unpredictable) children. Food and kitchen is very good; but used to be excellent some years back.
